FORGOTTEN IDEAS!

H ELLO!✋ I am back guys!After over a year of not writting and visiting my blogspot,anyway thats one of the reasons why i decided to write today. I guess everyone has some dreams that they never realized and ideas they never really implemented or they put the plan into action but never let them grow or even see the final product.In this article I am going to talk about things that make us forget our ideas or make us just to stop. 1.NOT WRITING THE IDEA DOWN Over the past year I've had so many ideas that i have forgotten, simply because they were just on my mind and I've never written them anywhere.Some of these ideas were for my blog,change of lifestyle,travel and changing the world if i could.The thing is if you don't write your ideas somewhere,you are bound to forget them because everyday we get new ones,meet people,watch television, listen to radio,read or see things and other things that can influence us to let go of our original ideas.Sometimes we want to modify the...

NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS START TODAY!

Most of the time we set new year's resolutions with the phrases "I want to do it next year" or "Next year i am going to do that" but with no action to support it.All changes must start in the present(today) so as to be able to work on our timeline and achieve the goal in time because not everything will go smoothly,we will meet challenges/trials and setbacks.Look at this simple examples: LOSING WEIGHT When one sets this goal they expect to see visible results quickly which is why some will just quit in the first week due to tiredness,pain in the body and all because they are not used to working out.Imagine if you started jogging for thirty minutes thrice a week,doing squarts and getting to learn the right posture in time,trying to learn aerobics from a dvd and acting it out,by the time you get to the date you really set to start  you would have learnt a lot.You try diets,research on which excercises you can do and you are good to go.Come January!You will have ...
